Sign up to receive 7 daily lessons delivered straight to your inbox. 

Each email, which will take no more than one minute to read, contains a micro-lesson and a creative challenge for the day. 

Each daily challenge is designed to be completed as you go about your day. Use it as a way to jumpstart your creative thinking, an opportunity to make shifts in the status quo, and to engage with the world around you creatively.

You then have 24-hours to:

  • Complete the challenge 
  • Reflect on what happened
  • And, join our moderated discussion forum to share ideas and insights about your experience. 


In the discussion forum, you'll learn from other 7-Day Creativity Challengers and gain access to the course facilitator to ask questions and deepen your learning.


The skills included in the 7-Day Creativity Challenge include:
